We start with a relaxed chat, either in person or virtually, during which we get to know you, your wedding vision, style preferences, and budget. This helps us understand exactly what you want.
Moodboard & Proposal
Based on our conversation, we create a personalised moodboard and a detailed proposal including flower options, design ideas, and pricing to make sure we’re aligned before moving forward.
Design & Refinement
Once you approve the proposal, we begin sourcing seasonal, local blooms, greenery and the best of ethical international flowers to craft your bespoke arrangements. We’ll stay in touch throughout, making sure every detail is perfect.
Final Touches & Delivery
On your wedding day, we deliver and set up your flowers with care and precision, direct to your venue and wedding party so you can focus on enjoying your celebration.

FAQs
How far in advance should I book Smyth and Bloom for my wedding flowers?
We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 6-12 months before your wedding date, to ensure availability and allow time for a personalised design process.
How many weddings do you take per day?
To ensure that your wedding is our priority, we only have one event per day. As some weddings take 2-3 days to prep, and up to a week for larger events, we often take one wedding per week. We want you to know that we focus solely on your wedding flowers.
Can I make changes or add items to my order?
Yes you can make changes to the order at any time. Please keep in mind that all prices quoted are starting prices that may increase if you require more expensive flowers, last-minute changes at the customer’s request, a larger than average size or a more complicated design etc. Price increases will always be discussed with you and agreed upon before billing.
How and when do I have to pay for my flowers?
We require no advance payment to quote or obtain designs and mood boards. Once you are happy to proceed, we require one-third of the quote to secure the date. This is payable as soon as you confirm the date. Availability is not guaranteed until the deposit is paid. The remainder will be billed one month before the wedding date. We will send you a payment link so you can easily pay online.
Do you offer consultations in person or online?
We offer both! You can choose an in-person consultation at our studio or a virtual meeting, whichever suits you best
Are your flowers locally sourced and seasonal?
Yes, we prioritise using locally grown, seasonal flowers and greenery from Irish growers whenever possible to ensure freshness and support sustainability. We also use the freshest ethically grown seasonal flowers from international farms via the Dutch auctions to ensure you have the best options available
Can you work within my budget?
Absolutely! We provide bespoke floral designs tailored to your style and budget, offering options that bring your vision to life without compromise.
Do you deliver and set up on the wedding day?
Yes, we deliver and professionally set up all floral arrangements at your venue on the wedding day, so you can focus on enjoying your celebration. We deliver all wedding party flowers direct to the couple on the day. We can also move arrangements from the ceremony to the reception if needed.
What if I want flowers for other wedding events, like the rehearsal dinner or post-wedding brunch?
We’re happy to create floral arrangements for any wedding-related events. Just let us know your needs during the consultation.
